Single cornrows are braided in sections between natural hair, depending on where thickness and/or length is desired. Tracks are then sewn to each individual corn row and covered by natural hair. It is essential that the natural hair texture is very similar to the texture of the weave, with little or no manipulation needed. This allows for a seamless install and blended textures. The style is not a protective style, and is generally preferred by persons with chemically treated hair.
