Appointment Guidelines

A face covering/mask is mandatory upon arrival and must be worn for the duration of the appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be administered upon arrival for your hair appointment.
Client guests are not allowed at this time.
If you have been ill or have had any flu-like symptoms within the last 14 days, please do not come for an appointment. We will reschedule to suit.

Your appointment is subject to cancellation if the above guidelines are not followed. Precautions are in place for the safety of myself and my beautiful clients. If you have any concerns with wearing a face covering for the duration of your appointment, please do not book an appointment at this time. Thank you.

Covid-19 GUIDELINES:

All pricing is subject to change upon consultation.
Non-Refundable Deposits are required to be paid in full within a minimum of 3 days before your scheduled appointment. Deposit costs are determined during the consultation and depend on the style desired.
Appointment confirmation will be NOT be issued prior to complete payment of the deposit required. If you have not paid the required deposit, the appointment will be cancelled and notification will be issued via email.

Pricing & Deposits

Before your appointment:

A brief consultation may be necessary prior to your appointment, so that we both have a clear understanding of the style you desire.
Once your appointment has been confirmed and the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes details of your upcoming appointment.
If your hair is natural or transitioning, please wash and stretch the hair prior to your appointment.

Additional Fees

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and have not notified me that you will be late, you are subject to a $10.00 late fee. If you are able to notify me but you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you are subject to a $20.00 late fee.
Blow-out Fee: If you have natural hair and arrive at the appointment without your hair stretched (blown out or your preferred method of stretching), client will be charged a $15.00 to have these services applied, in addition to the cost of the desired style.
Wash and Stretch Fee: In the event that the client arrives with their hair unwashed and not properly stretched, client will be charged a $30.00 fee to have these services applied, in addition to the cost of the desired style.

Kids Appointments (8 years - 15 years)

I do not accept clients under the age of 8.
Kids under 10 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the appointment.
For longer appointments, it is best to walk with some snacks/juice, as only bottled water will be provided.
If children are brought along to the appointment who are not having their hair styled, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

After your appointment:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your finished hairstyle, you must notify me of any concerns within 24 hours of your initial appointment. Outside of this time frame, I will not be able to assist with altering or adjusting the hairstyle.
